Due to the custom nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Before Project Work Begins
Clients may request a refund within 48 hours of payment if project work has not started.
After Project Work Begins
Once research, design, development, planning, or consultation has commenced, refunds may not be available.
Completed Projects
No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered projects.
Monthly Services
For SEO, Digital Marketing, Maintenance, or other recurring services:
- Monthly fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
